In spite of manual reading on colorimetric scale, the results have been shown relatrely close match among the final results with three process. The comparison for nitrite which is pretty low concentration having 0.02 to 1.00ppm in nitrogen has been shown the ratio of 0.7¡­1.4 except for Tancheon or Choong-rang water sample. This may be happen due to inappropriate storage of sample for IC analysis. The ratio for nitrate sample has been shown satisfactory range between 0.7 and 1.4 for all the water samples in the Han River.
